APPIANO GENTILE – The start of a new Serie A campaign brings with it another series of interviews with Nerazzurri players for Inter Channel subscribers. Tonight will see the first episode of InterNOS air at 21:00 with Ricky Alvarez as this week's guest.
Answering questions sent in by fans and put to him by Nagaja Beccalossi and Roberto Monzani, the Argentine began by discussing Inter's positive start to the campaign and his own sparkling early form.
"We've started off well but we're still at the beginning and there are lots of things we need to improve. However, I do think we're seeing the results of all that work we put in during the pre-season training camp. We've got a whole season to get through so we just need to keep taking it one game at a time."
Looking back on last weekend's clash with Juventus, the midfielder reflected on all the support the team have been given by Interisti: "They're right behind us as always and we're fulfilling our part of the deal on the pitch. It was fantastic to see San Siro so full for the Juve game. It's a pity we weren't able to get the three points but it was still a great match. It always give you a thrill to see the stadium like that, it's quite an impressive sight. And you know you have to produce the goods on the pitch because all the people there watching you deserve it."
