ICARDI, JUVE'S BÊTE NOIRE

Fourth goal for the Argentine against the Bianconeri after his three for Sampdoria in 2013

MILAN - He finished the 2012/13 season on the scoresheet against Juventus and he was back to haunt the Old Lady again last night. Yesterday Mauro Icardi hit his first competitive goal for the Nerazzurri and his fourth career strike against the Bianconeri. He is now officially Juve's bête noire: Conte's side are his preferred victim along with Pescara, the two teams he has scored most against since he's been in Italy.

But while all four of his goals against the men from Abruzzo came in the same match – Sampdoria 6-0 Pescara on 27 January 2013 – the Argentine has scored four in his last three games against the champions: two in the January win at Juventus Stadium, one in Sampdoria 3-2 Juventus on the final day, and now yesterday's opener.
