CATANIA – It was another excellent performance from Hugo Campagnaro this evening against Catania. The Argentine defender spoke to Inter Channel after the match: "This is a very difficult ground to play at, also because of the environment here. But we played a great game. It was exactly what was needed to give the team confidence. Everything we had been working on all week came off. It’s important to see your work from the week paying off, so we’re really happy.
The defender continued: "We worked hard to try and do what the coach had been asking of us. Today was an important game because we gave almost nothing away and could have scored even more. Scoring three goals here isn’t easy because Catania are a very organised team. We played a perfect game."
