HAMBURG - Walter Mazzarri's Inter lead Hamburg by a goal to nil after 45 minutes at the Amtech Arena.
The Nerazzurri shot out of the blocks and took the lead barely a minute into the game. Guarin curled a teasing ball in behind the hosts' backline and Icardi latched onto it to sweep past Drobny with a first-time finish.
Handanovic was called into action several times and came up trumps as usual, but Inter haven't particularly struggled against the high tempo of the German side, who are further ahead with their pre-season preparations.
