APPIANO GENTILE - Second day of training at the Centro Sportivo Angelo Moratti for Luca Castellazzi, Samuele Longo, Ibrahima Mbaye, Gabi Mudingayi, Joel Obi and Jonathan. This morning they focused on aerobic work and ball skills after completing exercises designed to improve their general muscle strength.
Diego Milito and Walter Samuel made their return to Appiano Gentile and focused on gym work.
In the afternoon McDonald Mariga will continue with his individual training programme.
