Facts and figures from Football Data ahead of today's 12:30 kick-off at the Stadio Luigi Ferraris

GENOA - Football Data have provided us with a selection of facts and figures to help you get in the mood for today's lunchtime kick-off (12:30) between Genoa and Inter at the Stadio Luigi Ferraris.

Genoa without a win over Inter since 1994
Genoa haven't beaten the Nerazzurri home or away since 6 November 1994, when they edged a 2-1 success in Serie A in front of their own fans. Van't Schip's 14th-minute opener was cancelled out by Delvecchio for Inter (44) before Ruotolo netted the winner on 65 minutes. In the 15 encounters played since then, Inter have won 11 and drawn four.

Genoa's 365 goalless minutes against Inter in Marassi
Genoa have failed to breach Inter's defence while playing on home territory since 19 March 2008, when a league meeting finished 1-1. Borriello struck for the Rossoblu in the 85th minute. 365 minutes have passed since then without a Genoa player getting on the score sheet at the Stadio Ferraris: the five remaining minutes of that 1-1 draw plus four consecutive defeats in 2008/09 (0-2), 2009/10 (0-5), 2010/11 (0-1) and 2011/12 (0-1).

Genoa looking to extend five-match unbeaten run – their best in 2012/13
Davide Ballardini's men haven't lost a league match since 7 April, when they went down 2-0 to Napoli. In the five championship matches played since then, they have registered two wins and three draws, equalling their five-game streak without defeat between Weeks 22 and 26, when they also managed two wins and three draws.

Antonelli and Ferronetti aiming for treble figures in Serie A
If they play today, Luca Antonelli and Damiano Ferronetti will make their 100th appearances in Serie A. Antonelli has collected his 99 wearing the colours of AC Milan, Parma and Genoa and made his debut on 23 December 2006 in Udinese 0-3 AC Milan. Ferronetti's 99 top-flight matches are spread between Roma, Parma, Udinese and Genoa. His Serie A debut came in a Giallorossi shirt on 24 November 2002: Parma 3-0 Roma.

Cassani to hit 200 in Serie A
Mattia Cassani will reach the 200-game milestone in Serie A if he features against Inter today. His 199 appearances to date have come wearing the shirts of Palermo, Fiorentina and Genoa. Cassani made his top-flight debut on 10 September 2006 in Palermo 4-3 Reggina.

200th career appearance for Ranocchia
If Andrea Ranocchia is fit enough to play today, he will be making his 200th appearance as a professional player. His first 199 matches, for Arezzo, Genoa, Bari and Inter, are divided as follows: 94 in Serie A, 41 in Serie B, 32 in Serie C-1, 15 in the Coppa Italia, 16 in European competitions and one in other tournaments. He made his competitive debut in a Coppa Italia tie on 19 August 2006: Perugia 0-0 Arezzo after extra time (3-4 on penalties).

Genoa brings back fond memories for Stramaccioni
Genoa were the opponents for Andrea Stramaccioni in his first ever competitive match as a professional coach, a Serie A fixture on 1 April 2012. And a rollercoaster ride it was too, with Inter eventually emerging as 5-4 winners.

Ballardini and Inter
Davide Ballardini has only beaten Inter once in his coaching career but it was an important one, as he tasted success in the 2009 Italian Super Cup (Lazio 2-1 Inter in Beijing). The current Genoa coach has faced the Nerazzurri on seven other occasions, drawing one and losing six. His sides have conceded at least once in all eight games, shipping 18 goals in total.
