Host Roberto Scarpini asked the Brazilian questions, sent in by the fans. "I spend a lot of time with Juan Jesus, but he's not the only team-mate I get on with. Of course, Juan and I speak the same language so this brings us closer, but I'm also friends with Cambiasso and Milito. I'm comfortable with everyone, although I'd describe myself as a private person, but I know how to have a laugh too."
And on the subject
of Juan Jesus, he explained that, "He's a good lad with a heart of gold.
What can you say about him as a footballer, he's showing what he can
do. He still needs to improve because he's young but in two or three
years time he could be the best defender in the world."
He also spoke about his future: "I'm not thinking about going back to Brazil at the moment, I want to stay at Inter for the duration of my contract. If we then decide we want to renew it, that'd be great, I like Italian football even though I'm well aware of how difficult it is. I could have gone to play in Spain, but neither the team nor the contract was as attractive a prospect as coming here. When Inter came calling I immediately said to Santos that I wanted to come here and I'd like to stay here in Italy as long as I'm wanted."
Away from the pitch, Jonathan is in no doubt as to who to spend his time with: "When I'm not training I'm always with my family, my wife, my daughter, my friend Roberto...I'm a dad."
