MILAN – Jonathan turned in another convincing performance this afternoon against Parma, and after the game the Brazilian stated: "It’s better to play when your thoughts are clear. The goal and my performance against Roma put me more at ease. I’m pleased for this and happy with the team’s win today. We all need a bit of consistency. It’s something that gives you confidence and the ability to do things without fear. I’m happy and I thank the coach for the chances he’s given me, both today and against Roma. I hope to stay in form and play in the next game as well."
Jonathan continued: "In the first half today things went well down the right with Ricky Alvarez and Zanetti. After half time we maybe suffered from tired legs. I’m also very happy for my assist to Rocchi. It was important to do well and now we have a week to work hard and show up for the next game in good shape. However, I feel good. This isn’t a great moment for us due to injuries. We did well. This group is united and we’ll try to do better in the upcoming matches."
