MILAN - Samir Handanovic's Slovenia were beaten 1-2 by Iceland in a 2014 World Cup qualifier played in Ljubljana this evening.
Novakovic put the hosts in front in the first half but Tottenham midfielder Sigurdsson struck twice after the break to turn the tables and leave Slovenia bottom of Group E.
The Nerazzurri goalkeeper played the full 90 minutes.
