MILAN – More than 250 fans, the honorary president of Inter Club, Bedy Moratti, Inter Club official Sergio Spairani, the voice of Roberto Scarpini and Inter captain Javier Zanetti. All contributed towards making the evening last night one to remember for the fans who joined in the 50th anniversary celebrations of the Inter Club Buscate-Robecchetto.
The event, organised to perfection by Vice-president Daniele Colombo as well as Giuseppina Baga and Piera Baga, was interspersed with award ceremonies, photo opportunities and the chance to grab an autograph or two.
The Coordinamento Inter Club also paid tribute to President Giuseppe Carabelli, handing him a special commemorative plaque and pennant.
As is usual with every event organised by Inter Club, time was also set aside to raise money for charity. An auction was held, with funds raised going to the Fondazione Pupi, the charity set up by the Inter captain. Prizes up for grabs included a season ticket for next season in the first Anello Blu and a room on the next Crociera Nerazzurra cruise, taking place from June 16 to 23
The evening ended with the customary cutting of the cake before everyone said their goodbyes.
