MILAN - Paul Ince, the England captain, was one of president Massimo Moratti's first signings. He dictated the play from midfield and was known to everyone as the 'Guv'nor'. The San Siro used to sing 'Come on, Paul Ince come on' and he gets emotional every time he goes back to the ground he thinks of as 'his'. He spent two intense seasons at the club and has a strong affinity with the Nerazzurri.
Paul has recently been named the new manager of Blackpool, where son Tom is on the books. As a kid in 1995 he used to often come and watch his dad train at the Centro Sportivo Angelo Moratti.
President Massimo Moratti and everyone at Inter would like to wish Paul well in his new adventure, beginning with his first match in charge tomorrow, against Leeds United.
