PAVIA - Diego Milito underwent diagnostic tests at the Policlinico San Matteo in Pavia this evening, after being forced off the pitch with an injury in the 7th minute of the match against Cluj. The exams revealed that the striker has damaged his anterior cruciate ligament and lateral collateral ligament.
