NEW YORK: IVAN CORDOBA AT THE UN

Always supportive of Inter Campus, the Nerazzurri team manager was at UN headquarters on behalf of the team

NEW YORK - Ivan Ramiro Cordoba was part of the Nerazzurri delegation at UN headquarters. Honoured to represent the team on this special occasion and proud to be part of a club that for the last 15 years has been committed to helping needy children through its social project, the team manager said: "This is a programme that looks after children every day and through the magic of football gives them the joy of playing while teaching them important rules for life. It's an honour for me to be here on behalf of the whole team."

Speaking of the team, the former Inter defender, now team manager, stressed that "recent results mustn't be made out to be a disaster. We have a team in place and all we want to do is get going again, starting with next Sunday's game. Sneijder? All the team are interested in is working to be successful and I think he is anxious to resolve the situation so that he can give his own contribution to the team. I hope that happens as soon as possible."
