APPIANO GENTILE – Inter were greeted with sunshine and good weather this afternoon
at the Centro Sportivo Angelo Moratti for their first session of the week.
Several players are currently with their respective national teams and did not
participate (Matteo Bianchetti, Fredy Guarin, Walter Gargano, Samir Handanovic, Marko Livaja, Yuto Nagatomo, Joel Obi, Alvaro Pereira, Andrea Ranocchia).
The players were focused and motivated for their upcoming commitments in both
the Serie A (at the San Siro against Catania on Sunday 21 October) and the
Europa League (again in Milan against Partizan Belgrade on 25 October).
In today’s workout, after the warm-up with a focus on injury prevention, the
Nerazzurri underwent technical and tactical exercises followed by intermittent
aerobic activities in groups.
Ricardo Alvarez worked out separately in a session of physiotherapy.
