APPIANO GENTILE - The Nerazzurri's first training session of the week has just finished at the Centro Sportivo Angelo Moratti, as they prepare for their opening Europa League group match against Rubin Kazan, Thursday 20 September at the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza (kick-off 21:05).
After yesterday's game against Torino, the squad was split into two this morning. It was a recovery session for those who featured at the Stadio Olimpico, while the rest - following a warm-up with a spot of handball - did fitness work to avoid the build-up of lactic acid, tactical and technical drills, and a short game to finish.
