MILAN - Douglas Maicon arrived at the Inter training camp in Brunico in the summer of 2006 from Monaco. Since then he has achieved so much wearing the blue and black jersey that he pulled on 249 times scoring 20 goals.
He has left an indelible mark on the Inter team that triumphed in Italy, in Europe and in the world. Maic, as he is known by his team-mates, the Colossus to his fans, is turning a new page which might seem a little like his first days at Inter, as he teams up with former boss Roberto Mancini at Manchester City.
