MILAN - Bas Nijhuis has been named as the referee for Vaslui v Inter, the UEFA Europa League play-offs first leg scheduled to take place at the Stadionul Ceahlaul in Piatra Neamt on Thursday 23 August (kick-off 20:45 CET, 21:45 local time).
An international referee since 2007, the Dutch match official previously met the Nerazzurri when they took on Seville in a friendly fixture in Amsterdam on 8 August 2008, which ended 0-0.
The return leg at the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza on 30 August will be overseen by Portuguese referee Manuel De Sousa.
