This was the programme that Andrea Stramaccioni and his staff put the Nerazzurri through in the week's second training session, which has just finished at the Centro Sportivo Angelo Moratti.
Some players are still away on international duty with their respective national sides (Brazil, Colombia, Japan, Netherlands, Slovenia, Italy Under-20 and Under-21), and they will be in action tomorrow in a series of friendlies.
