MILAN - Walter Samuel was back on the score sheet and Inter got back to winning ways. "I'm happy, really I am, because we needed a win and it had been a while. Even if the game had finished 7-6, the only thing that mattered today was getting the three points," explained the Argentine defender to Inter Channel.
Samuel also commented on Inter's bad run: "We were upset because we were putting everything into it without even a point to show for our efforts. Now we have to turn the page. We're sorry for Ranieri because we worked hard with him, but now we've won and we have to keep on winning. We need to get a bit of a run going; we mustn't let up for a minute.
"Normally my main concern is to keep them out, not to put them away, but we all have to improve the defensive side of our game. We're not going to start working out how many points there are. This win is a morale boost and hopefully we'll have everyone available for the run-in because we need the whole team."
