MILAN – Inter are the best Italian side of the 21st century. This is the verdict of the International Federation of Football History & Statistics (IFFHS), as they unveiled their rankings of the best European clubs of the 21st century.
Barcelona top the charts, followed by Manchester United (2nd), Arsenal (3rd) and Real Madrid (4th). Inter come fifth overall, ahead of Bayern Munich (6th), and are the best ranked Italian side with AC Milan (8th), Roma (10th) and Juventus (14th).
