APPIANO GENTILE - Claudio Ranieri continued speaking at today's press
conference. "Earlier Stankovic expressed the group's newfound confidence
and determination after a month in which we lost everything we did, although
the lads gave their all. Being determined and strong-willed until the end,
however, was important, because when you fight to the end you may find the
light and we must go as far as our potential allows. This match is completely
different compared to the first leg; now it's the right team," emphasised
the coach.
Ranieri was then asked about specific conditions of individual players: "Maicon is doing well. Today he trained separately because he still had some slight pain, but tomorrow he'll be at the match. Nagatomo? He seems very positive and determined. Could there be a chance for Poli to play? There could be," said the Inter coach smiling.
