APPIANO GENTILE – 70 minutes of training for the Inter players who featured briefly or not at all in Verona and light training for the rest of the squad. That was Saturday morning's training session at the Centro Sportivo Angelo Moratti following the victory over Chievo, as the game against Olympique Marseille looms on the horizon (Tuesday at the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza in Milan's San Siro district).
The
technical session took place on the main training pitch and involved a number
of tactical drills and short matches on a small pitch.
Ricardo Alvarez, Freddy Guarin and Andrea Ranocchia each had individual sessions.
There were four absentees: Cristian Chivu has been given today and tomorrow off due
to his UEFA Champions League suspension, while Luc Castaignos, Lorenzo Crisetig
and Juan are involved with the
Primavera team facing Cesena this afternoon.
