Those who know me are aware of what I felt and what I am feeling. They know how hard I've worked throughout my career, on the pitch, to get to where I have, by always putting the interests of the team above my own. So to answer the many criticisms that have been levelled at me of late, I am not afraid to admit that the other night I actually felt a weight lifted off my shoulders – people can no longer say I'm untouchable.
