The very first day I was at Coverciano [Italy's renowned coaching school], an eternity ago, one of the teachers told us to remember that being a coach was a job in which you never know if the parachute will open or not. We have to be strong enough to maintain the right balance. When I went to Chelsea, where they had sacked people like Gullit and Vialli, people would ask me if I felt under pressure. I didn't, I replied, because I come from a country where coaches are like cherries - they disappear one after another in quick succession. I'm just concentrating on being successful. I'm still with working with the same determination as when I arrived here."
