APPIANO GENTILE - The 4th training session of the week lasted 75 minutes ahead of Inter v Novara, Week 23, Serie A 2011/12 scheduled for Sunday 12 February 2012, at the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza in Milan's San Siro district (kick-off 15:00).
After warming up, the group worked on athletic drills, tactics, technique and mini-matches. Diego Forlan, Wesley Sneijder and Dejan Stankovic trained with their team-mates today too, as did Juan, who had a personalised session yesterday, which was what Ricardo Alvarez did today. There were individual recovery sessions for Fredy Guarin and Walter Samuel (the Argentine defender spent part of the session training on the pitch too; photo). Goalkeeper Raffaele Dalle Vedove (18) who plays in Sergio Zanetti's Juniores-Berretti squad joined the first team for training since Paolo Tornaghi is in the United States training with Chicago Fire. Lorenzo Crisetig is with the Primavera team for the Viareggio Tournament.
Tomorrow morning, Saturday 11 February, the final training session will be held at the Centro Sportivo Angelo Moratti. Then at 13:00 Claudio Ranieri will hold a press conference and in the evening the team will have dinner and go into pre-match retreat.
