PINZOLO – Only a few minutes remain before the kick-off to Inter v Mezzocorona, the second test of the 2011/12 pre-season. Gian Piero Gasperini has already announced the Nerazzurri players who will take the field. Missing will be Yuto Nagatomo (slight muscle strain in his left thigh picked up in the morning session), Giampaolo Pazzini (groin fatigue) and Walter Samuel (strength training programme), all resting as a precautionary measure ahead of the third test on Wednesday 20 July in Rovereto against Cremonese.
The recovery programmes continue for Ivan Ramiro Cordoba, Jonathan, Thiago Motta and Nelson Rivas. Included in the starting line-up were Andrea Ranocchia, Joel Obi and Wesley Sneijder who, in the first friendly against Trentino Team, suffered light injuries.
