KIEV - Dejan Stankovic is in confident mood ahead of Inter's UCL Matchday 4 clash in Ukraine. "We have worked hard, we have made very good preparations for tomorrow's game and I am sure we will play a great game against Dynamo," said the Serbian midfielder in today's pre-match press conference at the Valeriy Lobanovskiy Stadium.
"We are very confident in our potential and our coach," added Stankovic, who insists the Nerazzurri can repeat their domestic form on the continent. "We will do everything to change this start to the European campaign and win tomorrow. We have worked a lot on this aspect and we know where the problem lies."
Before the start of this season's Champions League, UEFA president Michel Platini tipped Inter as one of the candidates to lift the trophy. "If Michel Platini, a man who knows the values of football, said this, then it's true. There's still a long way to go and it's too soon to say that Inter are out of the running. Things aren't easy for us in the group, but we're not scared. We will do everything to confirm Platini's words tomorrow."
