PIZARRO: "I'M A TEAM PLAYER"

MILAN - David Pizarro spoke about Inter's match against Roma in a telephone interview on Radio Deejay programme 'Deejay Football Club'. "We're in form ahead of this match, we want to get as high as we can in the table so we have to do well tomorrow evening," the Chilean midfielder said.

"Roma have caught us up a bit lately so a win would be important to move further clear of Roma. And you always try to give your best when you play against the most in-form team.

"I don't make first-time passes? I don't just pass the ball for the sake of passing because you can risk losing possession. You have to look at the strikers' movements and look for the best solution.

"What kind of season was I expecting? You always want to play, maybe not just in the Coppa Italia. But I have always been calm and I have always behaved very well, as a team player, even if sometimes things emerge that should remain in the dressing room.

"However, I consider myself a team player and I want to help the team do better and better."
