APPIANO GENTILE - The Nerazzurri continued their preparations for Saturday evening's home match against Palermo with a morning training session at Angelo Moratti Sports Centre.
After a warm-up Roberto Mancini's men performed tactical and ball possession exercises, then those who played against Treviso in midweek continued with an aerobic session, with rapidity exercises and a practice match for the others.
Marco Andreolli, Ze Maria and Alvaro Recoba had therapy, did strengthening exercises in the gym and aerobic work on the pitch.
